EARLY


Cast concrete experiment: clueless.
No idea. Never did it.
The objective was to cast a black concrete pedestal for a newly acquired sculpture. As you can see by the photo, within seconds of pouring the concete into the mold, the 'fun of it' was quickly surpassed by a crash course in physics--grab and screw anything wood-like to contain the oozing. The result however, turned out to be an unexpected work of art.

unfortunately, I didn;t take the "after" photo. BUT!!
When you visit Rich you can see it!
I liked Richard Marks work. Some of the applications I'm seeing in concrete are incredible.
