I second that Yum! Must say this is always one of the best deserts when we visit Thailand.

It was excellent. The secret is in Jirayu's version of the coconut sauce.

I could kick myself for not taking a picture the spicy Tom Yum soup I made. We used shrimp heads to make the soup stock--then added slivered lemon grass, fish sauce, squid, salmon, and shrimp. Incredible mix of flavors.
