The beet is somewhat disgusting, mostly the roots. INteresting picture though. I enjoyed your vacation pictures. So did you all really go up in the balloon.
Unfortunately a gust of wind got under the balloon as it was being inflated. It flipped over and wrapped itself around some scrub brush and a jeep--tore a dang four foot hole in it. It was pretty surreal. Will give it another shot soon enough.
